Representatives from UGBS NEST participated in the TYLE Research Dissemination & Stakeholder Dialogue, organized by the University of Ghana Business School Innovation and Incubation Hub in collaboration with British Council Ghana. The event served as a platform to share key findings from research conducted by the UGBS team with stakeholders and ecosystem partners. It also created an important opportunity for dialogue on strengthening youth-led enterprise growth in Ghana through stronger ecosystem partnerships.

The programme opened with remarks from Nii Doodo Dodoo, Country Director of British Council Ghana, who emphasized the value of collaborative platforms that bring together policymakers, industry players, and ecosystem actors to discuss solutions that support young entrepreneurs.

During the session, Professor George Acheampong, Project Director of UGBS NEST, presented the key findings from the research and engaged participants in a robust discussion. He addressed questions from attendees and highlighted critical insights on how partnerships across the entrepreneurial ecosystem can help youth-led enterprises move from incubation to scale.

The dialogue brought together representatives from academia, industry, and the entrepreneurship ecosystem to reflect on the research outcomes and explore practical ways to strengthen support systems for youth entrepreneurs in Ghana.
